Bullish Celtic's manager insists he is not worried about dismissal yet Celtic fans show wrath after derby defeat.
The under-pressure manager declared he did not fear the sack, maintaining, “The team is really close to changing our fortunes,” despite moving dangerously close to the exit with a comprehensive setback against Rangers.
Another Capitulation Sees Derby Defeat
The Hoops were in front the visitors at the interval but a second-half capitulation enabled Rangers to pull level on points with the current league title holders. The former MLS manager, who was appointed from the MLS, has now overseen six defeats in his first eight fixtures.
“We are together at the club,” insisted the manager.
Asked directly about the speculation, the 48-year-old replied: “It’s not on my mind. My focus is on working out methods to aid my players to excel on the fine details.

Opposition Reaction Stance
Danny Röhl played down talk of a serious challenge even after what appeared to be a landmark win. “One match at a time, then we can gradually build something here,” he said. “The confidence in the team is immense.”
